Though not as developed as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang is still a place worth visiting for its traditional charm and historical significance. Visitors can go to Cam Ha Pottery Village to take a look at how the pottery items are made by locals with skills that are passed down by the older generations. Besides, you can also shop for intricately-made handicrafts as souvenirs!
Then, to further delve into the history of Vietnam, drop by the Imperial City in Hue. Used to be the former capital of Vietnam, the Imperial city is where the Emperor used to rule and reside in. It is a well-built fortress and palace that is often being equated to Beijing’s Forbidden City.
For another look into Vietnam’s historical culture, consider visiting one of the king’s tomb. Nguyen Emperor Khai Dinh’s tomb in particular, showed a fusion of oriental and western elements, where stained glass and dragons are included in the design of his tomb.
Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR – DA NANG – HOI AN (L/D)
Upon arrival Da Nang city, meet & greet by our representative and transfer for lunch at local restaurant, Then start to enjoy sight-seeing of the beauty of East Vietnam Sea before heading to the ancient town of Hoi An. Hoi An is the old sections (charming and wonderfully preserved, combining Chinese, Japanese and European influences). Check in hotel. Explore the Hoi An ancient town such as take a walking tour visiting Chinese Assembly Hall & Temples, Old houses & Japanese Covered Pagoda Bridge, Old house of Tan Ki (Or Phung Hung); Fukian Assembly Hall; Sahuynh Cultural Museum (or Museum of Folk Cultures). Continue exploring Hoi An silk village, seeing how silkworms are taken care of and how their cocoons are transformed into beautiful and elaborate handicrafts. Have dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 2: HOI AN – BA NA HILLS – DANANG (B/L/D)
After breakfast, pick you up and transfer to Ba Na Hills Station which is known as the “Pearl of the climate” of the Central, one of the tourist centre – famous resort – highest level in Indochina colonial times. Have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars helps you enjoying a feeling of flying in the blue sky amidst the clouds and wind. You will visit some old French villasen route, as well as the suspension bridge, the Nui Chua with Mountain Peak (at the height of 1,487m). We will then enjoy lunch whilst taking in the spectacular views. After lunch, leisure time for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam, free and easy with series of interesting games. Visit Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hill. Standing here watching the scene that has taken photos, the more and more, It looks breath taking with the view and those giant stone hands. Then visit VongNguyet hills where the wine cellar, Linh Ung Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha’s monument situate. Back to Da Nang. Free shopping at local specialty supermarket. Dinner at Da Nang local restaurant. Free and easy to explore the city at night. Overnight in Danang.
Day 3: DA NANG – HUE IMPERIAL CITY (B/L/D)
Breakfast and checkout. Leaving Da Nang for Hue Imperial City, through Hai Van tunnel, en route, stop-over for photos at the top of Cloud – Ocean pass, overlooking the scenic Lang Co fishing village. Check-in hotel and have lunch at restaurant. Afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel – The grand palace of the last dynasty of Nguyen – a vast complex built in the early 19th century under the Nguyen Dynasty which was the last feudal regime in Vietnam during 1802 – 1945. Then visit the beautiful Pagoda of Thien Mu with its impressive “Heavenly Lady” seven-story tower, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. After dinner, get on boat cruising up the Huong River, then enjoy amazing “Hue’s Folk music” professionally performed by Hue artists in traditional beautiful suites of “Aodai”. Overnight in Hue.

Then travel along Da Nang beach where you can enjoy and take pictures of the beauty of My Khe beach – classified as one of the most attractive beaches on earth by Forbes, discover many kinds of strange, fascinating and meaningful structures of Da nang city such as: DHC Marina Bay, Han Bridge, Dragon Bridge, ThuanPhuoc Bridge in your view… Enjoy dinner with specialities of Danang famous local food.
