  • Day 1: Arrival Keflavik airport - Reykjavik

    Arrival at the Keflavik airport , transfer to your accommodation. Check in and spend the rest of the day at own leisure. Meet your guide and travel companions in late evening and learn more about the tour. Dinner this evening is at your leisure.

  • Day 2: Reykjavik - Geysir - Gullfoss - Skogar - Dyrholaey - Vik

    Go on a Reykjavik short sightseeing before head through the greenhouse village of Hveragerdi. Explore the Golden Waterfall of Gullfoss, and the nearby famous Geysir and Stokkur. Admire the Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls before head to black sand beach of Dyrhólaey. Overnight in village of Vik.

  • Day 3: Vik - Vatnajokul National Park - Hofn

    Start the Ring Road journey by crossing the Eldhraun lava field and visit the Kirkjubaejarklaustur town. Continue over Skeidararsandur sands to Skaftafell located within Vatnajokull National Park. Proceed to Jokulsarlon Glacial Lagoon to see the birthplace of icebergs and enjoy views of the Vatnajokull Glacier. Arrive in Hofn, visit nice selection of restaurant and cafes at your own cost.

  • Day 4: Hofn - East Fjord – Egillsstadir

    From Hofn drive through Almannaskard pass, stop to admire views of the East Fjords known as Iceland’s oldest regions with rugged mountain and coastal vistas. The route leads to Egilsstadir town, which located near Iceland’s largest forest and is said to be home to a legendary monster. Overnight in Egilsstadir area.

  • Day 5: Lake Myvatn Area

    Explore the desert plateau Modrudalsoraefi before head towards Lake Myvatn area. Stop by Dettifoss Waterfall and continue to Namaskard pass for its boiling & vibrant colored mud pools. Explore Lake Myvatn area which includes the pseudocraters at Skutustadir and the Laxa Salmon River, Iceland's best Salmon River as its name promises.

  • Day 6: Lake Myvatn - Akureyri - Sigludjordur

    Explore the peculiar lava formations at Dimmuborgir, then visit the Godafoss waterfall and Old Turf Farm Laufas. Head to Akureyri, continue along the coastal roads of Eyjafjordur Fjord and Troll Peninsula to Siglufjordur, the historic fishing town in North Iceland.

  • Day 7: Skagafjordur - Borgarnes

    Visit the Herring-Era Maritime Museum, then head to Skagafjordur for an introduction to the unique Icelandic horse breed. Continue to Village of Blonduos, cross into Western Iceland and head through Borgarfjordur area to the town of Borgarnes.

  • Day 8: Borgarnes - Thingvellir - Reykjavik

    Drive to Deildartunguhver, Europe’s powerful hot spring. Stop to admire the Hraunfossar waterfalls before continue via Hvalfjordur fjord to Lake Thingvallavatn, Iceland's largest lake and Thingvellir National Park. Then head to Reykjavik for overnight.
