Redemption Information: The Voucher must be exchanged to physicals ticket at designated station:

~ You need to exchange your voucher for your physical ticket before you take the train
When redeeming a ticket, please show your passport and inform the staff of the start date. The start date will be stamped/written on your ticket and the ticket validity period will be calculated from the date displayed.
~ You must present either a printed or mobile voucher along with a passport.
Remarks:
~ To board a Limited Express train, both a Kintetsu Rail Pass and a Limited Express ticket are required.
~ Children under 6 travel free.
~ Once the voucher has been exchanged for a Rail Pass, no refunds are possible.

~ The ticket may only be used by the holder, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
~ Lost tickets will not be reissued.
~ This ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please exchange this ticket for actual train ticket at Kintetsu railway station, within 6 months from the date of purchase.

~ Temporary visitors entering Japan for sightseeing purposes are eligible for purchase.
~ People allowed to stay in Japan for sightseeing purposes, etc., with "temporary visitor" status as stipulated by Japanese immigration law. Upon entering Japan, you will obtain a "temporary visitor" stamp in your passport if you are coming to Japan for sightseeing. Even if you visit Japan with an exchange voucher for KINTETSU RAIL PASS 1day, 2day, KINTETSU RAIL PASS and KINTETSU RAIL PASS plus, you will not be able to exchange it for the PASS without this stamp. If you have entered Japan with "trainee", "entertainer", or "reentry permit" status, you will not be eligible to purchase KINTETSU RAIL PASS.
※For KINTETSU RAIL PASS 1day, 2day, KINTETSU RAIL PASS and KINTETSU RAIL PASS plus, your passport will be checked at the time of purchase or exchange.
