Day 1: Arrive Cape Town
Upon arrival, be picked up and transferred to your accommodation for check in. Rest of the day at leisure with your own activities.

Day 2: Cape Town
After breakfast, be picked up from the hotel for a half day tour of the Mother City. Drive past famous landmarks like the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall, the Grand Parade, Adderley Street and St. George’s Cathedral. Pass the Company Gardens and the Malay Quarter [Bo-Kaap]. Witness the art of diamond cutting and the careful craftsmanship of jewelry manufacturing by skilled experts at Jewel Africa. Ascend to Signal Hill to witness the firing of the noon gun (except Sundays and Public Holidays). You will be offered the option of being dropped at Table Mountain (end of tour). Alternatively, you can be returned to your Hotel or dropped at the waterfront.

Day 3: Cape Town – Cape Point – Winelands – Cape Town
After breakfast, head out for a full day excursion. Begin with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast, passing through the cosmopolitan suburb of Sea Point and Camps Bay with its glorious views of the Twelve Apostles. Travel to the Cape Point Nature Reserve. Have the chance to see a variety of wildlife that includes baboons, rhebok, Cape Mountain zebra, bontebok and the elusive eland. The reserve is also one of the world's largest breeding grounds for tortoises. See the union of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans (as per legend) and may even feel the brisk wind that is dubbed the "Cape Doctor" for its presumed curative powers. Follow the coastline along False Bay and continue to the Stellenbosch Winelands; an architectural jewel with a gracious blend of 18-century Cape Dutch, Georgian and Victorian buildings. Head for a wine tasting session in the Stellenbosch area before returning to Cape Town.

Day 4: Cape Town - Route 62 – Oudtshoorn
Depart Cape Town and head north over the spectacular Du Toit's Kloof Mountain pass to reach the famous Route 62 (the longest wine route in the world) through Montagu. Stop for a wine tasting and a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, travel through the Little Karoo. The changing scenery from lush farmland to semi-desert areas make this a day full of surprises. Arrive at Oudtshoorn and check in to your accommodation. This small town is the commercial hub of the greater Klein Karoo region (encompassing Prince Albert, De Rust and Calitzdorp) and is situated in a beautiful valley between the Outeniqua and Swartberg Mountains.

Day 5: Oudtshoorn - Cango Caves – Knysna
After a good breakfast, visit the world famous Cango Caves for guided tour. Travel to the Cango Wildlife Ranch. Hear the awesome stories from the guide as we tour the farm with a chance to view cheetah, tiger, lion, puma, and jaguar. Drive to the other end of Oudtshoorn and into Ostrich country. Lunch at an ostrich farm. Head down to the fields, where you will have the opportunity to learn interesting facts about ostriches. In the late afternoon, travel over the Outeniqua Mountains to Knysna. Drive to the spectacular Knysna Heads where the ocean surges through the two sea cliffs to enter the magnificent lagoon. Check in to your accommodation for the evening at leisure.

Day 6: Knysna - Featherbed Private Nature Reserve - Mossel Bay
After breakfast, enjoy the quaint village of Knysna with some free time in the Knysna Waterfront. Depart for Featherbed Private Nature Reserve on a guided boat trip (subject to weather conditions and boat sailing). Take in the spectacular views of the Knysna Heads from the placid waters of the Knysna Lagoon. The sandstone cliffs rise out of the water revealing sea caves along the forested banks of the lagoon. You’ll find out all about the magnificent flora and fauna from your specialist guide before enjoying a delicious buffet lunch at the outdoor restaurant under a canopy of Milkwood trees. In the late afternoon, travel to Mossel Bay. Visit to the Post Office Tree and Diaz Museum where early pioneers left mail for the homebound ships to Europe. Check in at hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

This morning, visit Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. After breakfast, depart on a game drive. Experience close encounters with Rhinoceros, Lion, Buffalo, and Giraffe, rare Black Impala, and many others. From the reserve, travel via rolling hills to historic Swellendam; the last outpost of civilization on the eastern frontier. Lunch today is at a restaurant in Swellendam (La Belle Alliance). Stop at one of the local Farm stalls before continuing the scenic route back to Cape Town.
