Itinerary

• Day 1: ARRIVE ISTANBUL

  Arrival Istanbul with meet and assist at the airport. Transfer to the city center and proceed on a full day city tour of Istanbul . Visit to the world famous Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Hippodrome of Constantinople and also experience shopping in the Grand Covered Bazaar. Stop for lunch then continue visit to Topkapı Palace . Head to hotel for check in and overnight.

• Day 2: ISTANBUL – CANAKKALE

  After breakfast , depart from hotel in Istanbul early in the morning and head to Canakkale . Travel back to the days of World War I as you explore the war memorials, battlefields, and landing sites of the Anzac Campaign in Gallipoli where the Battle of Gallipoli happened between 1915 and 1916. Overnight in Canakkale.

• Day 3: CANAKKALE - PERGAMON – KUSADASI

  Start our morning and depart for Troy , the place which is said to be the battlefield of the Trojan War in Greek Mythology took place. Then proceed to Bergama , visit the ancient site of Pergamum and the Asclepieum , which was a famous health center where methods of treatment including blood transfusions, music therapy and meditation performed. • Day 4: KUSADASI – PAMUKKALE

  Go on a morning tour to Ephesus area and explore the Ephesus Antique City , one of the most popular ancient sites of Turkey with its many acres of carefully excavated ruins. Visit the leather product center with a fashion show. Continue with Virgin Mary’s House , where St. Mary supposedly spent her last years together with St. John. After lunch, depart for Pamukkale. Tour the ruins of Hierapolis which includes the preserved cemetery "Necropolis", the Main Street and Gates, the Thermal Baths and the Roman Theatre. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Pamukkale.

• Day 5: PAMUKKALE – KONYA – CAPPADOCIA

  Start our morning with a drive to Cappadocia. While on the way, stop for lunch in Konya. Visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana , the world wide famous mystic figure then you will be driven to Sultanhani caravanserai on the way which is the biggest and well preserved caravanserai on Silk Road. Continue journey to Cappadocia for overnight,

• Day 6: CAPPADOCIA

  The morning starts earlier for those who join the optional balloon tour . After breakfast , depart for the Cappadocia tour and visit to the valleys where animal like natural formations are abundant. Also visit the Underground city of Ozkonak or Kaymakli. Then drive to Pasabagi in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock cut rooms. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos
  and see how Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries. In the afternoon , visit to the Open Air Museum in Goreme and then stop by Pigeon Valley near Uchisar . Overnight in Cappadocia.
