The region’s cradle of culture for more than two millennia, Uzbekistan is the proud home to a spellbinding arsenal of architecture and ancient cities, all deeply infused with the bloody, fascinating history of the Silk Road. While Kyrgyzstan is one of 45 landlocked countries, but does have the consolation of Issyk-Kul, the world’s second largest high-altitude lake. The lake was a popular holiday resort during the Soviet era.
Day 1:Arrive Tashkent – Bishkek – Ala Archa – Bishkek
Upon arrival, transfer to Kyrgyzstant. The first half of the day you will visit Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic, and many others places. In the afternoon, we will visit Ala Archa gorge and you can have a short hiking tour to see panoramic view. Afterwards return to Bishkek. Night at hotel.
Day 2:Bishkek – Issyk Kul Lake
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Issyk Kul Lake. The lake is called “pearl of Central Asia”. On the route to lake, you will visit Burana Tower and an open air museum of Balbans. Your night is in a hotel.
Day 3:Issyk Kul Lake – Bishkek
In the morning we will visit a place where you will see ancient pictures on stones! They are called petroglyphs. You can see a panorama view of the Issyk Kul Lake and visit a museum in Cholpon Ata. Afterwards we will drive to Bishkek city.
Day 4:Bishkek – Tashkent – Bukhara
In the morning transfer to airport. Flight to Tashkent. Arrival and half day tour in Tashkent. Today you will visit Independence square, Local Broadway, Amir Timur square, Courage Monument and Tashkent metro. Evening flight to Bukhara. Dinner and overnight.
Today you will have a full day city tour in Citadel Ark, Samanids mausoleum, Bolo-Hauz mosque, shopping domes called Nodir Divan Begi and Poi kalon complex. Night is in a hotel.
Day 6:Bukhara – Gijduvan – Samarkand
After breakfast will start our way to Samarkand, than we will stop at Gijduvan village, visit famous private pottery workshop and memorial complex of Al Bukhary. Afterwards we continue driving to Samarkand and having dinner at Karimbek restaurant. Night is in a hotel.
Day 7:Samarkand – Tashkent
Experience a full day tour visiting the Registan square, Shakhi-Zindeh, Mausoleum Guri Emir and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Evening train to Tashkent. Overnight is at hotel.
Day 8:Depart Tashkent
Breakfast at hotel. Full-day tour in Tashkent: Then you visit the old part of the city, which includes Choru Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah, Hast Imam complex and Courage Monument. Transfer to airport, flight home.
