Role Description
- Provide prompt and reliable service to corporate and retail clients regarding travel arrangement;• Providing competitive quotes with Management guidelines and most convenient routing in accordance to our client’s priorities and preferences;
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the airlines industry and the latest fare structures of the various airlines;
- Assist in the tour product/packages to the market and to drive and convert enquires to sales;
- Liaise with tour operators and customers for any tour product;
- Assist on visa requirements, car rental, accommodation, travel insurance requirement, railway passes, cruise products and other related travel services;
- Work closely with Ticketing and Tour department.

- Owns and manages the digital marketing budget;
- Works with Leisure Team to develop marketing plan & activation for Partner’s Marketing campaigns, liaises with partners as needed;
- Owns and manages social media platforms, responsible for planning, preparing posts and publishing social media content;
- Management of social media & search engine ad placements;
- Develops ideas for digital marketing campaigns, oversees and advises on creative content in line with digital media needs;
- Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends;
- Desired skills & experience: experience in the travel / hospitality industry is not a requirement but a bonus;
- Supporting the marketing and sales team where needed
Role Description
- Reconciliation on Account Payable, Account Receivable, Credit Cards and Bank Accounts and prepare audit schedule;
- To update payments, receipts transactions in Accounting System;
- Generate payment links, preparing sales invoices;
- Make periodic internal audit for selective division;
- Ensure timely industry and statutory compliance;
- Liaise with auditors and other professionals;
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Role Description
- Assist on the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and on boarding of new hires;
- Assist on preparation of monthly payroll by ensuring that all supporting documents are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and meeting deadline;
- Maintain and update employee profiles, monitoring staff attendance, leave and medical claims;
- Preparing HR documents; letters, contracts, confirmations, promotions, resignations, etc.;
- Maintain a secured and organized filing system for HR documentation;
- Provide support for performance management, training and development programs;
- Renewals of all license and permits related to government agencies and local authorities;
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of HR matter.
