Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Entebbe
Welcome to the Pearl of Africa! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will clear local immigration and customs procedures. You will be warmly met by our representative for a professional meet-and-greet assistance, followed by a private transfer to your hotel situated near the shores of Lake Victoria. Check in and spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing at your own leisure after your long journey. At 19:00 PM, gather at the hotel restaurant for a welcoming dinner.

Day 2 Entebbe - Kihihi
Wake up early for breakfast at 06:00 AM, followed by a short transfer at 06:30 AM to the airport terminal. Board your domestic flight departing Entebbe at 07:00 AM. Enjoy a scenic flight across Uganda before touching down at Kihihi Airstrip at approximately 09:25 AM. Your dedicated safari driver-guide will be waiting with a 4WD Safari Land Cruiser to transfer you to your forest lodge. Enjoy a hot lunch at the lodge at 12:30 PM. At 15:00 PM, head out for an insightful Batwa Cultural Experience, learning about the community’s ancestral lifestyle inside the forest. Return to the lodge for dinner at 18:00 PM.

Day 3 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
The big day has arrived! Following an early breakfast at 06:00 AM, transfer or walk down to the Bwindi park headquarters at 07:00 AM. After a vital safety and tracking briefing by the Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers at 08:00 AM, you will enter the ancient jungle to begin your gorilla trekking adventure. Trekking can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on where the gorilla family slept the night before. Once found, enjoy a breathtaking 1-hour face-to-face encounter with these magnificent primates. Return from the jungle around 13:00 PM for lunch at the lodge, leaving the afternoon entirely free for well-deserved relaxation and leisure. Dinner is served at 18:30 PM.

Day 4 Kihihi - Entebbe - Departure
Enjoy breakfast at 07:30 AM before checking out. At 08:30 AM, take a private transfer back to Kihihi Airstrip to check in for your return domestic flight, which departs at 09:45 AM. Land back at Entebbe International Airport at 11:25 AM. You will proceed to the airport departure lounge to check in for your onward international flight back home to Kuala Lumpur. Lunch today will be on your own arrangement inside the airport lounge.
