After breakfast, explore La Paz, one of the Seven Urban Wonders of the World. Wander through vibrant market streets filled with handicrafts and Aymara witchcraft artifacts, and visit landmarks like San Francisco Church, the Gold Museum, and Plaza Murillo. Take in panoramic views from the Killi Killi viewpoint and see a replica of a Tiwanaku temple. This morning, take a short flight from La Paz to Uyuni, the gateway to one of Earth’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Begin in Colchani, where local artisans showcase traditional salt production, then venture into the vast Uyuni Salt Flats, a mesmerizing 10,000 km² expanse of gleaming white salt. Explore Isla Incahuasi, an island with volcanic rock and towering cacti, before heading to Coquesa, a village at the base of Tunupa Volcano. Visit the ancient chullpares burial towers, then return to Uyuni as the sun sets, casting golden and lavender hues over the salt desert. Overnight in Uyuni.

After breakfast, transfer to Uyuni airport for your flight back to La Paz. From there, travel 72 km west across the Altiplano to the ancient archaeological site of Tiwanaku, one of South America’s most significant pre-Columbian civilizations. Explore the majestic ruins, including the Temple of Kalasasaya, the Puerta del Sol (Gate of the Sun), and the Akapana Pyramid.
