Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Almaty
Upon arrival, meet with guide and transfer to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Almaty.
Day 2 Almaty - Shymbulak - Almaty
Breakfast at hotel. Discover the Medeo Ice Rink at 1,691 meters, renowned for its size and history. Then visit Shymbulak Ski Resort, set in the stunning Zailiysky Alatau Mountains, and enjoy panoramic views from chairlifts reaching 3,163 meters. Explore the “Sunkar” bird nursery, Kazakhstan’s only center for rare birds. See a thrilling falconry show (May–October) with trained birds and learn about the traditions of falconry. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3 Almaty City Tour
Breakfast at hotel. Explore Almaty’s top landmarks, including Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory & Eternal Flame and the Monument of Independence at the Square of the Republic. Then, visit Kok-Tobe Hill to see the world’s tallest TV tower and enjoy syunning city views. End with a scenic ride down to the city center on the iconic Almaty cableway. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 4 Almaty - QI-Qaraqai - Almaty
Breakfast at hotel. Visiting Resort QI-Qaragai (Lesnaya Skazka). Optional activities: Horseback riding, hiking tour, cable cars, zip line, quad bike, rope park. Visit trout farm. Transfer back to the city, leisure time.
