• Hotel check in time is after 2.00pm, check out time is at 12 noon. Early check in or late checkout subject to hotel discretion upon arrival.
• For secured late checkout (by 1700 hours), surcharge apply. Late check out is subject to AVAILABILITY on departure day. NO pre-bookings.
• Meet & greet assistance by Raaya by Atmosphere airport representatives upon arrival and departure at Velana International Airport.
• Seaplanes flying on day time only (0600-1530 hours) and timing is NOT Fixed. Will be advise by the resort 12-24 hours before flight.
• The ‘RAAYA PanTM’ does not include in-villa dining. Services included within the ‘RAAYA PlanTM’ are non-refundable, if not utilized or a service could not be delivered due to weather conditions. The resort reserves the right to make amendment of the ‘RAAYA PlanTM’ during the contracting season. The ‘RAAYA ’ privileges will stop at 11:00HRS on CHECK-OUT day.

• Purchase Malaysia Airlines Male return flight Ticket, will entitle an Airfare rebate RM 400 – RM 600 per couple.

• Honeymoon benefit:: Minimum 4 nights stay (Marriage certificate is required not more than 12 months)
