Good to know

  • The monasteries have strict dress code so to enter the monasteries of Meteora you have to adhere to the following rules:: • Women will need to wear a long skirt, dress or sarong, it's not enough to keep the knees covered, so no trousers or shorts.
  • • Men must wear long pants.
  • • Sleeveless shirts are not allowed.
  • • Please make sure to have appropriate clothing before visiting the monasteries.
  • Age 2-10 sharing room with 2 full paying adults (child will have a bed)
  • During the winter, high-speed boats do not run from Athens to Santorini. The regular ferry can take up to 8 hours to make the crossing. Alternatively, it is recommended that guests fly from Athens to Santorini during this season
  • Blackout Dates:: 21, 24, 28 & 31 December 2025

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Athens

Welcome to Athens! Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for check in. Free at own leisure.

Day 2 Athens City Tour

This morning, our expert guide will help you to explore the treasures of Athens during your morning sightseeing tour. Pass by the Panathenaic Stadium, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian´s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University the National Library and the Constitution Square (Syntagma). Your tour will be followed by a visit to Acropolis, the eternal symbol of democracy, education and inspiration. Your tour will end with the visit to the impressive Acropolis Museum (entrance fees included). Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 Athens (8hours) - Santorini

Morning transfer to the port of Piraeus to take the ferry to the island of Santorini. Upon your arrival you will be transferred to your hotel and then you will have the rest of the time to enjoy the gorgeous island.

Day 4 Santorini

Day at leisure. Walk in the paths of Fira, the picturesque capital of Santorini; perched high up on the edge of the Caldera and enjoy the views of the volcano, white-washed buildings, and blue domed churches. Visit Oia, Firostefani and Imerovigli and relax while seeing the most beautiful sunset in the world, drinking some famous traditional wine.

Day 5 Santorini (8 hours) - Athens

Morning at leisure. Midday transfer to the port and departure to Piraeus. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel to settle in and relax.

Day 6 Depart Athens

According to your flight departure time, you will be transferred to Athens airport to get the flight back carrying in your “luggage” the wonderful memories of Greek Attractions.
