Your guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to Almaty, where you’ll visit the Green Bazaar, Panfilov Park with Zenkov Cathedral, explore the city’s sports, cultural, and business areas, visit Medeo Gorge with the highest mountain skating rink, and Shymbulak resort, then head to Kok-Tobe hill to see the tallest TV tower from sea level, stroll through Kok-Tobe Park, admire city views from the observation deck, and take a cableway ride to the city center before transferring to the hotel.

Today, embark on a day trip to Charyn Canyon, a 12-million-year-old natural monument in Kazakhstan with vertical cliffs resembling ancient castles shaped by wind, sun, and rain. Enjoy a 3-hour journey filled with insights into the region’s history, nature, and Kazakh culture, have lunch at a local café, and be captivated by the canyon’s beauty as you explore the Castles Valley before transferring to Saty village in the evening.

In the morning, trek from Kolsai-1 to Kolsai-2, part of the stunning Kolsai Lakes, a cascade of three lakes known as the “Pearls of the Northern Tien-Shan,” with lunch on the way; explore the largest lake, accessible to all visitors, and the highest lake, located at the border of fir-woods and alpine meadows, accessible by hiking mountain trails, where you might see wildlife like marals, mountain goats, wolves, and bears; return to the guesthouse for dinner and an overnight stay.
