Riga is the capital and largest city of Latvia, known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning architecture. It is the largest of the three Baltic capitals and is situated on the Baltic Sea at the mouth of the Daugava River.
UNESCO World Heritage Site: Riga’s historic Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its medieval alleys, charming squares, and Gothic spires.
Culture and History: Riga serves as the cultural hub of Latvia, home to numerous museums, concert halls, and theaters, including the Latvian National Opera. It was founded in 1201 and has a history of being a Hanseatic League member
