ARRIVE JOHANNESBURG - HOEDSPRUIT - KARONGWE PRIVATE RESERVES (LOCAL FLIGHT)
Upon arrival at Johannesburg airport, you will be met and assisted with check in for local flight to Hoedspruit. Arrive in Hoedspruit where you will be picked up and transferred to the lodge accommodation, situated within the Karongwe Private Game Reserve. Have lunch and in the late afternoon, you will depart on your first safari experience. Return to the lodge for dinner.
KARONGWE PRIVATE GAME RESERVE
Wake up early this morning for a sunrise game drive. The Karongwe Private Game Reserve is idyllically set between four different rivers which create the ideal riverine habitats for a diversity of flora, fauna and prolific birdlife to thrive. Its vast wilderness comprises of almost 9000 hectares of unspoilt natural landscapes. Enjoy the opportunity for excellent leopard sightings as well as the world-famous Big Five. Breakfast back at the lodge before some time at leisure. After lunch, depart on the afternoon game drive. Have dinner and overnight at the lodge.
KARONGWE PRIVATE RESERVES - HOEDSPRUIT - CAPE TOWN (LOCAL FLIGHT)
After breakfast this morning, check out and be transferred back to Hoedspruit airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, be met and assisted for your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, enjoy the day at leisure with your own activities.
CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, be picked up for morning half day Cape Town City and Table Mountain tour. Take a ride up the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway (weather permitting). The tour of the 'Mother City' includes a drive past Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Cape Castle and SlaveLodge, the Bo-Kaap Cape Malay District and the Green Market Square.
In the afternoon visit the Mojo Market for local curious, food and entertainment. Return to hotel for the rest of the day at leisure.
CAPE TOWN - CAPE POINT - CAPE TOWN
Enjoy a full day tour of Cape Point. Transfer to Hout Bay and enjoy a half hour cruise to Seal Island. Then continue on to Cape Point and reach the Cape of Good Hope, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Afternoon visit to the Penguins at Boulders Beach.
CAPE TOWN - WINELANDS - CAPE TOWN
After breakfast this morning, depart for a Winelands Tour: Escape to the beauty and tranquility of the Franschhoek and Stellenbosch Winelands. Go on a wine tram ride in the winelands. Return to Cape Town for the rest of the day at leisure.
DEPART CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, time at leisure before being transferred to the airport for your departing flights.
